At Pipedreams we offer a complete bespoke service from the initial idea, all the way through to completion. We work closely with the client at every stage of the project, to provide a smooth, stress-free experience, allowing them to realise their dreams, whilst keeping within their budget.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR DESIGN PACKAGE?
1. YOUR VISION
We start with the initial consultation where we will visit your property to discuss your ideas and vision and to find out what your requirements, expectations and budget are. This will allow us to advise you on what's possible and how best we can achieve it.
The first meeting is the perfect opportunity for you to ask about our services and to express the kind of look and feel you have in mind.
After the meeting, we will send you a no obligation quote for the design service we propose to undertake, based on what has been discussed.
After establishing your needs and vision, we carry out a survey of the property for measurements to draw up full 2D/3D floor plans and coloured visual elevation plans, together with mood boards, showing different colour schemes, textures, materials and fabrics to give you a clear idea of what to expect with the finished result. At this point, we will suggest a few design conceptions and explore your preferences.
We are also able to provide an estimate to supply bespoke furniture, made to perfectly fit your space and design scheme, such as built-in wardrobes, kitchen units and tables, sofas, armchairs, curtains and blinds, soft furnishings and anything else required to create your dream home.
2. DESIGN STAGE
3. PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
Once our designs are approved by you, we work with our experienced installation team to deliver the finished scheme. We provide all necessary technical drawings and full specifications to ensure the project runs smoothly. We manage the ordering of materials, to arrive on site when needed, to avoid any delays and if necessary, we will submit a planning application to your local council for any work needed on roof, party walls, foundations, extensions etc.
We will liaise with you at each stage, to give you an update and to show you the progress, as well as any changes/alterations or additions you wish to make.
As we enter the final stages of the project, we will come in to dress the property, to give it the essential finishing touch. You are then invited to inspect the work and any snagging is promptly carried out, before signing off and handing the finished property to you.
Our team are fully trained, qualified and highly experienced in their professions. We provide you with a one year warranty for our services and a five year warranty on all supplied and fitted appliances.
Pipedreams Interiors manages and co-ordinates with everyone involved in the project, to make sure deadlines are met and that your satisfaction is guaranteed.
